Twin-Tel, Inc has been in business since 1994.  We represent most major providers to offer our customers the services that best suit their needs.  Our long-standing relationships with multiple carriers provide us the contacts we need to process and implement orders in a timely manner.  We coordinate fully including: placing, tracking, verifying and coordinating all orders.   This includes attendance and coordination of all cutovers and bill verification/correction once the service is installed.  We are your single point-of-contact for all Telco issues including 24/7 Repair Coverage.

Experience  For 14 years Twin-Tel has serviced small to large businesses -managing Voice, Data and Internet Services.  Our knowledgeable staff has years of experience working for and with the carriers.  We have managed 100's of successful cutovers and new installations.  These projects include order & install coordination of T-1, Frame Relay, DS-3, Fiber, Optical Ethernet, Integrated T-1Services, Internet, Router installation & management, Analog, and Long Distance Services.

Specialized We specialize in Project Management -especially Network Upgrades and office moves.  Our on-line Database and proprietary local billing report software allow us to effectively manage our customers' accounts.  We are a full service provider responsible for analysis, recommendations, new orders, change orders, billing review and reconciliation, and 24/7 Repair and troubleshooting.
